    The Performance Reporting & Analysis Associate will be an integral member of a 5-person team that provides superior level performance reporting and data analytics. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, ability to examine and construct private market performance data and apply benchmarking methodologies, and well-developed organizational skills.


    Specifically, this individual will be involved in the following critical activities:


    • Ensure the accurate completion and the timely delivery of quarterly client performance reports.
    • Update and review performance data in slide decks, pitchbooks, and other client/prospect facing materials.
    • Analyze, interpret and communicate performance data for RFI’s, DDQ’s, and other ad hoc requests.
    • Manage and coordinate workflow and processes associated with internal/external requests and deliverables.
    • Collaborate across teams to support firm-wide problem solving and develop process enhancements to improve existing reporting and performance data quality.
    • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
    • Demonstrate willingness and interest to continually expand ones knowledge of the various fund structures, investment strategies and the investment process.




    Financial industry experience is strongly preferred. An eye for detail, including solid proofreading skills, is critical. The ideal experience and competencies for this role include the following:

    • Graduated from an accredited undergraduate university, with an analytically oriented degree, such as, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, or related field, with proven academic success.
    • 2–4 years’ experience working in an operationally driven environment; performance reporting/analysis experience a plus.
    • Proven track record successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
    • Time management skills: ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and balance priorities.
    • Technically proficient with Microsoft Excel functions required, including advanced pivot tables and vlookups.
    • Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate complex ideas and information effectively across a variety of audiences.
    • CIPM designation or demonstrated interest in pursuing designation expected. CAIA, CFA designations a plus, but are not required at the Associate level.
    • Demonstrated team-player, independent thinker and self-motivated individual.
